Attorney General still in the picture
The CDCA received a piece of good news yesterday, in the first lawsuit that Sra. Carvajal is bringing against us. Her attorney attempted to get the Attorney General's office excluded as a third party in the case, and that attempt was denied by the judge.
The CDCA is the non-profit work of the JHC, Inc., in Ciudad Sandino, Nicaragua. Projects are recommended and prioritized by local Nicaraguan community leaders. With a service record of almost 30 years, the JHC has been on-site in Nicaragua since 1994, working to meet the needs of one of the poorest areas in Nicaragua through focusing on sustainable community development, cooperative development, as well as other needs including health care.
